Shipping & Returns

Delivery and Shipping Policy

REMEDES PHARMA. is known for their timely delivery and excellent packaging
conditions. 

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shipping charges will also be deducted on returned orders as well.

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses/stores in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 2-10 Business days from receipt of order depending on the address for delivery.

Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. Order deliveries will be made by third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Sunday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery if the package has been already opened by you.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer care cell on the day of delivery through the ‘Contact us’ page on the website. Also the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before confirming the order. Currently, for all the subsequent orders of Rs.500/- or more, we will get the order delivered to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs.199 – will be applicable to all orders under Rs.500/-

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please return the product/s in its original packing along with a remark within 7 days of delivery. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.

All damaged item or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt/invoice, a return/exchange authorization number and in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale of any opened or used products.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
